Happy Halloween 2014

Meme came over tonight to see everyone in their costumes before we went trick-or-treating.

Lili and Shuffie sat with Morgan while we took the boys trick-or-treating around our neighborhood with the Strehlow family and the Collins family.

After we finished trick-or-treating, we went to eat dinner at Newks with Lili and Shuffie. This tired guy didn't even make it back home before he fell asleep.

Sam's School Halloween Party

This morning we went to the Kindergarten Halloween Party at Sam's school.

Before the party started, all of the kids paraded up and down the halls so they could show off their costumes. Sam was Leonardo the blue Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

Pumpkin Carving 2014

We carved some pretty cool pumpkins tonight and had a great time!

The boys were so curious to find out what was inside of them.

They had to get Daddy's strong arm to help them scrape them out.

This pumpkin was Mama's masterpiece. I decided to go the very classic, simple route! ;)

Daddy, on the other hand, really showed out and made this awesome Dracula pumpkin. I'm beginning to wonder if he has a hidden talent? He did a great job!

Look What Jack Did at School Today!

Lili and I had a good chuckle tonight, at poor Morgan's expense. Morgan is going to be Belle for Halloween and I had a friend recently suggest that I go get her a child's wig to go with the Belle costume. Lili found a wig earlier today at Party City and we couldn't resist putting it on her. She was a trooper to pose for a picture, but I don't think we can bring ourselves to make her wear it on Halloween night. I'm not sure she would ever forgive us!

Morgan's First Ear Infection

This little sweet girl woke up from her afternoon and was not feeling good at all. Look at that pitiful face!

She had a stuffy nose and a sad, watering eye. I couldn't believe it since she was just fine when I laid her down to rest.

We took a visit to the after hour's clinic and found out she has her first ear infection. Bless her bones! It hurts my heart to see her feeling so bad.
