Baby Milner's Reveal Party

What an exciting day for our family! Adam, Sam and I headed to Dr. Cole's office right after lunch to have the big ultrasound that would tell us if we were going to be adding a brother or a sister to our family in November. We knew that we would be thrilled either way and only prayed that the baby was healthy.

Tonight we hosted a "Reveal Party" to share the news with family and friends. I decided to get a little crafty and made a watermelon baby carriage filled with fruit for the celebration.

We also filled a pinata with gender specific objects that would reveal to our guests all about Baby Milner.

Sam and Banks pulled on the strings coming out of the bottom of the pinata until the objects started to fall. Our guests very quickly found out that we were having a....
precious baby BOY!

The ultrasound we had earlier in the day had revealed a perfect, healthy little baby that was a little reluctant at first to tell us his gender. ;) It was so neat for me to look at both Sam's ultrasound (pictured left) and the new baby boy's ultrasound (pictured right) and see how similar their profiles were around 18 weeks.

We really appreciated all of our close friends ...

and family coming to help us celebrate our good news!

And it wouldn't have been a party without a delicious cake from That Special Touch.

Jim and Adam had to relax a little bit on the couch after all of the excitement...

but poor Sarah found no rest with two cute little boys ready to run and play ball. She certainly got her exercise for the night!

We are so thankful for another healthy baby boy and thrilled beyond measure to meet Jack Williams Milner in November.
