The Night Before Kindergarten

Tonight, Sam and I read The Night Before Kindergarten in preparation for his first day of Kindergarten tomorrow.  How could it be possible that my sweet baby is old enough for Kindergarten?!

Boys Will Be Boys!

Jack entertained himself in the dirt at Sam's baseball practice this afternoon.  Boys will be boys!

Prep vs. Oxford

Adam and Shuff took the boys to the Prep football game tonight.

 

 

The Patriots were playing the Chargers from Oxford High School.  Sam had his picture made with the Oxford mascot, but Jack was too afraid to get near "the horse."   

Adam's friend, Jay, got them all passes to watch the game field-level and Sam had a blast playing on the end of the field when the players weren't out there.  Touchdown, Sam!!

The Littlest Shopper

Morgan cruised around in the buggy tonight at Sam's; while Lili and I picked out food for the Baptism luncheon on Sunday.  We enjoyed having our little shopping buddy come with us!

Sam's Meet-the-Teacher

Sam received a very special piece of mail from The Weekday Preschool this week!

 

He is going to be a Bluebird in Rana Bryant's Kindergarten class this year.  How exciting!

 

 

We went this morning to meet Mrs. Rana and check out Sam's classroom. Doesn't my Kindergartner look handsome?

Mrs. Rana and Sam are going to have a wonderful year together.  She is the best!

 

Me and my sweet boy had a fun morning getting ready for another school year to begin.  I look forward to watching him grow and learn so much this year!

I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my birthday today with some of my favorite people.  Unfortunately, Morgan missed the picture due to a very important nap.  :)
