Poor Jack started running fever late last night and woke up with it this morning, too. He hasn't been very interested in eating all day so I decided we better go to the after-hours clinic and let someone check him out. This pitiful picture was taken in the waiting room right after he fell asleep in my arms. He was burning up and I could tell he just felt awful.
Dr. Denney checked Jack out and said his throat was really red and he thought we should do a strep test and a flu test. Thankfully, they both came back negative so he said it was most likely something viral that would have to run it's course over the next few days. I sure hope my baby starts feeling better soon!
