CUMC's Newest Little Lamb

Our church family came by soon after Morgan was born and brought a precious lamb sign for our front yard.

They also gave her this beautiful, hand-made wooden cross.  How special!

Thank you, Christ United Methodist Church, for helping us welcome our newest blessing!

Morgan's First Real Bath

Tonight Morgan got in the real bathtub for the first time.  Up until now we've been giving her "spit baths" until her cord fell off.  She was a pretty good girl during her bath and seemed to enjoy the warm water.  You're getting to be a big girl, Morgan!

Mom's First Outing with Three

My two weeks of no driving just ended and it was way past time for an adventure!

I loaded up everybody this morning to go on my first outing with all three kids by myself.  We decided to go to the Flowood nature trail so the boys could play ball and we could walk and explore.

We used Morgan's stroller as our equipment cart.

She wasn't disturbed by the loud sounds of our ball playing.  She slept right on through the excitement and enjoyed being strolled around.

We walked down to the area with the bird houses to take a rest on the steps and also went looking for turtles off the side of the pier.  The boys loved looking for things in the water.

We couldn't stay too long, but I think the fresh air and the Frosty's we picked up on the way home did us all a world of good.  I love the time I get to spend with these sweet kids!

Sam's Last T-Ball Game & Team Party

Tonight, Sam had his last t-ball game of the season and did great.

After the game we went with all the players and their families to Miller's Grill for a pizza party!

Each player got a really cool trophy.

Silly selfie with Daddy.

A very proud little brother.

A trophy and a baseball cupcake...does it get any better?

Sam.  My first baby.  You have a hold on my heart that I can't even describe.  I love your passion for life that carries over to whatever you put your mind to.  I so enjoyed this season of t-ball.  You played awesome.  You always say you want to play baseball for forever and I can't wait to be there to watch it all.  I'm so proud of you, Sam!
