Jack woke up late last night with a barky cough that came out of nowhere! I immediately knew we were dealing with croup and was thankful I had some steroids in the medicine cabinet. When I told him this morning that he wasn't going to school today, he insisted on staying in his PJ's to ride in the car to take Sam to school. On our way back home from dropping Sam off, we stopped by McDonald's for some pancakes at Jack's request. He enjoyed pancakes in his PJ's while we relaxed at home this morning and I think he is feeling better already!
